While we handle all types of family matters, the fees for cases varies as per the facts and circumstances of case.
Payment Policy for Mutual Consent Divorce cases:
For Mutual Consent Divorce cases, we have a fixed payment structure and a non-negotiable payment policy which is mentioned below.
We understand that divorce is a sensitive issue where emotions run high and change of mind happens very frequently. Keeping all these issues in mind, we charge the payment in four parts and not in one go so that if anyone or both parties change their mind then they are not burdened with the entire case fee, they only lose the part of the fee that is already paid.
First payment: Prospective clients are advised to make the first payment only after duly consulting with their spouse as under no circumstances, the payment already made can be refunded.
Second Payment: Second payment is due after First Motion proceedings in the Court. This payment should be made on the same day. Any delay is charged at ₹ 100 per day of the delay.
Third Payment: Third payment is due after Second Motion proceedings in the Court. This payment should be made on the same day. Any delay is charged at ₹ 100 per day of the delay.
Last Payment: Last payment is due once we share/upload the soft copy of the divorce decree. This payment should be made on the same day on which the decree is shared or uploaded. Any delay is charged at ₹100 per day of the delay.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before taking the services.
Cancellation Policy
Client satisfaction is our main priority. If we fail to provide services from our end, but the customer has paid for the service then customer will be liable to mention the same to us.
If the customer changes its mind for the services taken, we will not be liable to cancel the service. In case customers asks us to hold the processing of the service, we shall hold the fees paid to the department in the case.
Before processing any refund, we reserve the right to make best effort to complete the service. In case, you are not satisfied with the service, a cancellation fee of 20% + earned fee + fee paid to government or any third party would be applicable.
Refund Policy
We will refund the money only in case we fail to provide service to our customers from our end. Applicant need to apply for the same via email at mutualdivorcelawyers@gmail.com
When contacting us, please include any details relating to the Services you have purchased so that we can ensure you are completely satisfied with your mutualdivorcelawyers.com experience. Unless you have a good reason, we don’t give refunds for services that you’ve already used.
Refund will not be provided to the user, once it is earned by the company, because of the time and energy invested by our manpower for their work done, which is not returnable. So basically, all the processing fees, payment gateway charges, admin fees, and cost of resources for the work done, will be deducted.
In short, further, we can’t refund any money which is paid to government bodies, such as filing fees or taxes, or to other third parties with a role in processing your order.
In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their services and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:
Our Customer Service team will contact you within 7 business days and in cases where the Lawyer has not delivered the booked consultation, we will return your money within 15 business days from the day the request for Cancellation was received.
Please note that there will be a nominal deduction (20%) in the amount refunded, payable towards online payment processing. The refund will be processed directly in your Bank / Credit Card account that was used to make the payment.
Refund Policy In the event your request for consultation is accepted but post-payment due to unexpected and extenuating circumstances, your request for consultation is rejected or cancelled; You will be given an option of opting for another request for consultation OR will be offered a complete refund, if you so desire. The refund will be credited to your account within 15 working days.
Please note that there will be a nominal deduction (20%) in the amount refunded, payable towards online payment processing. The refund will be processed directly in your Bank / Credit Card account that was used to make the payment.
We do not offer refunds where you receive access to the Service through our platform, on payments we have collected for services , or on payments to other third parties with a role in processing your order.
